Click & Collect: Free of charge. Choose Click & Collect (free) at checkout and we will email you when your order is ready to collect during our working hours (Monday to Friday, 8am to 3pm). Collect from: London, United Kingdom. Contact us if you need directions or to arrange a collection time.

Turnaround: Orders are typically dispatched within 12-14 days due to supplier lead times.

Carrier: UK delivery is Royal Mail Tracked 24 (£5.99) or Royal Mail Tracked 48 (£3.99). Both prices include VAT and apply to any UK order.

Tracking: Both postage options include Royal Mail tracking.

Shipping rates: Choose Tracked 24 or Tracked 48 at checkout. Click & Collect is always free.

Back orders: If an item is on back order, in-stock items may ship first and the remainder will follow at no additional delivery charge.
