Product description
Tingshas are a pair of small Tibetan cymbals joined by a cord. Strike them together for a bright, clear ring that cuts through the usual background noise rather better than a tiny pair of cymbals has any right to.
They’re useful at the start or end of a meditation, yoga session or quiet bit of ritual, or simply when you want a distinct sound to mark a pause. Choose Small at 6cm diameter, Medium at 7cm, or Large at 8cm.
The surface designs vary, so each pair may differ from the photo. That’s part of the deal with these, rather than a fault. Pick the size that feels right in your hand and give them a proper strike.
Paul says
These make a properly sharp little ring, not a timid clink. I’d go Medium if you want the sensible middle ground, while the 8cm Large has a bit more presence in the hand. Designs do vary, so don’t order expecting the exact pattern in a photo. They’re small cymbals, after all, not matching wallpaper.
