This is the sort of hat that makes it hard to take yourself seriously, which is probably the point. The black velvet and bright patches do the heavy lifting, then there is a little brass bell right on top in case it was in danger of being understated. As it is handmade, the spot colours may differ slightly. Fair enough, no two wizards are identical.
