Returns & Refunds Policy

Custom-cut paracord is non-returnable and non-refundable, except where items are faulty or incorrect.

Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations (2013), custom/bespoke items are generally not returnable unless faulty or not as described.

Goodwill partial refund (custom-cut lengths)

• Return request within 14 days of delivery
• Unused, unwashed, and resellable condition
• Potential reduced refund at £0.50 per metre
• Original and return postage are not refundable (unless faulty/incorrect)

Faulty or incorrect items

Contact us within 14 days and include your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund and cover return postage where applicable.

Non-custom items

Unused, unopened non-custom items may be returned within 14 days. A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply.
