These Cardassian Funky Chequered Cotton Dungarees are bright pink, baggy combat-style overalls for people who are quite happy not to blend into the background.

They’re made from 100% cotton and handmade in Nepal. Button-up shoulder straps let you alter the length, while the front pocket, side pockets and combat-style leg pockets give you plenty of places for the usual small bits you end up carrying around.

They’re cut to be worn loose rather than fitted. Large has an approximate 78cm inseam; XL is approximately 82cm. The chequered look is loud, the pink is louder, and that’s rather the point. A useful pair for festivals, parties, lounging about, or simply committing to a proper hippy wardrobe.

These are not subtle dungarees, which saves everyone a bit of time. The bright pink chequered fabric does the talking before you do. I like that they’ve got proper pockets, including the combat-style ones on the legs, rather than being all costume and no usefulness. Go for the loose fit, use the button straps to sort the length, and accept that you’ll be noticed.
