Product description

The On Balance MTT-100 is a compact tabletop digital scale for small, accurate weighing jobs. It reads from 0.005g up to 100g, so it is suited to people who want finer increments than a basic pocket scale gives.

It has a 71 x 71mm platform, a backlit LCD screen and a separate lid that also works as a bowl, handy when you do not want loose bits rolling about. Use the tare function to zero your container before weighing. It can display grams, ounces, troy ounces, pennyweights, carats and grains.

Two AAA batteries and a 100g calibration weight are included, so it is ready to set up rather than needing extra bits first. At 110 x 77 x 24mm overall, it is small enough to keep in a drawer or stash box when not in use.

This is the one for anyone who gets fed up with a scale that only works in tenths. The 0.005g readability is properly fine, while the 100g capacity is still enough for most small weighing jobs. I also like that the lid doubles as a bowl, as it saves you hunting about for something suitable. Calibration weight is included too, which is how it ought to be.
