Bartemius Chequered Flannel Combat Trousers are loud, loose-looking trousers in brushed cotton flannel, made for festivals, parties and anyone who prefers their clothes to make a bit of noise.

They come in Large and XL, with a drawstring waist that can be pulled in to suit. Both sizes stretch from around 30 to 46 inches at the waist. Large has an approximate 74cm inseam, while XL is around 78cm, so there is a little extra leg length in the larger size.

The chequered tartan-style pattern is the main event here. These were hand made in Nepal using traditional techniques, and the brushed fabric is intended to feel soft rather than stiff. A useful pair for days when plain trousers seem like an unnecessary concession.

These are for people who have made peace with being noticed. The brushed flannel is soft, the drawstring gives you some room to play with, and the chequered pattern is doing absolutely none of the hiding. Large and XL both have a generous stretch at the waist, but check the inseam if you are tall. Festival trousers, party trousers, general mischief trousers.
