Product description

A small soapstone Buddha statue for a shelf, bedside table or a quiet corner of the room. It measures 80mm long, 105mm wide and 27mm deep, so it has a fairly slim profile rather than taking over the place.

At 260g, it has enough weight to sit properly where you put it. The Buddha design suits the sort of incense-and-hippy-homeware corner of the shop, but it is understated enough to work as a simple ornament on its own. Soapstone has a naturally solid feel, which is a welcome change from lightweight decorative bits that get knocked about easily.

A straightforward little figurine for someone who likes Buddhist imagery, or simply wants a small carved-looking piece for the home.

This is a handy small Buddha rather than a huge statement piece. At 27mm deep, it sits fairly flat on a shelf, and the 260g weight means it does not feel like a flimsy little ornament. The soapstone is the main draw here: it gives the statue a proper solid feel without needing loads of room.
